This Antipasto Pasta Salad is cold, hearty, and packed with flavor. I’m talking rotini pasta, salami, pepperoni, cubes of provolone, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini, and a zippy homemade dressing that ties it all together.

Make it ahead, chill it down, and watch it disappear at your next party. Or just eat it straight from the fridge—I won’t judge.
