Ready to serve after baking for 45 minutes this is an easy weeknight meal.

Wednesday

โ€‹Stuffed Shellsโ€‹

Additional optional toppings that will pair well include cherry tomatoes, red onion, and blue corn tortilla strips.

Thursday

โ€‹Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casseroleโ€‹

This recipe comes from my friend Alicia's website, Balancing Motherhood. While the recipe is SO GOOD I would ask if you could click over to her recipe to give her website some traffic.
